TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. NATURE OF SERVICES
Junk Removal Demolition Pros (“Company”) operates solely as a referral and coordination service.
The Company:
Connects customers (“Clients”) with independent third-party service providers
Does NOT perform demolition, junk removal, or cleaning services directly
2. NO CONTRACTOR RELATIONSHIP
All service providers are:
Independent contractors
NOT employees, agents, or representatives of the Company
The Company has no control over:
Work methods
Safety practices
Licensing or certifications
Quality or completion of services
3. NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES
The Company makes NO representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding:
Quality of work
Safety of services
Licensing status
Timelines or completion
All services are provided entirely at Client’s own risk.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The Company shall NOT be liable for:
Property damage
Personal injury or death
Contractor negligence or misconduct
Project delays or failures
Code violations or legal issues
Total liability (if any) is limited to the referral fee paid to the Company.
5. INDEMNIFICATION
Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company from any and all claims, including:
Injuries or damages caused by contractors
Legal violations related to the project
Disputes between Client and contractor
6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Client is solely responsible for:
Verifying contractor licenses, insurance, and qualifications
Obtaining permits and approvals
Ensuring safe conditions at the property
7. CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITY
Any agreement for services is strictly between Client and contractor.
The Company is not a party to that agreement.
8. PAYMENT TERMS
Referral or service fees paid to the Company are non-refundable
Payments to contractors are handled directly between Client and contractor, unless otherwise stated
9. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
The Company does not provide:
Legal advice
Engineering advice
Safety certifications
10. HIGH-RISK ACTIVITIES DISCLAIMER
Client acknowledges that demolition and related services are inherently dangerous.
All risks are assumed by the Client and the hired contractor.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute involving the Company shall be resolved through:
Binding arbitration in Pennsylvania
Waiver of jury trial
Disputes with contractors must be handled directly with them.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.
13. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is invalid, the rest remains enforceable.
14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms represent the full agreement regarding referral services.
